Join the team at Minnesota Alliance With Youth for a training on Youth Mental Health and Power Dynamics in Youth Work with Brandon Jones, Executive Director of the Minnesota Association for Children’s Mental Health (MACMH). This training, which will be held in the third floor conference room in the Court International Building, will provide youth workers, educators, and community leaders with a comprehensive understanding of power dynamics in youth work. It will explore how power structures influence relationships, decision-making processes, and outcomes in youth-focused environments. Participants will learn strategies to recognize, address, and navigate power imbalances, fostering more equitable and empowering spaces for young people.
