“EquaSpace 1” opens later this year at the Court International Building in St. Paul, MN. We are currently in conversation with 20+ nonprofit organizations who have expressed interest in being tenants to: 

• Be a part of the inaugural cohort of a first of its kind location in the Twin Cities; 

• Design their office space and select furniture; and

• Plan for utilizing onsite and/or nearby amenities, such as access to our concierge team, communal spaces, IT support, and free parking and fitness center.
