Imee Cambronero

Imee Cambronero currently manages philanthropic giving for Solventum (previously 3M Health Care) and oversees the development and execution of charitable grants and product donations. Previously, she played a pivotal role in fostering partnerships and initiatives addressing societal needs while managing the International Giving and Impact Measurement portfolios within 3M’s Community Relations team. As the Chair of 3M’s Asian Employee Resource Network, she spearheaded initiatives and events for a global membership of over 800 employees, contributing to a culture of belonging within the organization. 

Her diverse experience spans sectors, including her tenure as Sr. Director of Evaluation, Research, and Learning at The Minneapolis Foundation. There, she led transformative initiatives, mobilizing funds for racial justice endeavors and embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into organizational frameworks. Imee also shares her expertise as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Minnesota and St. Catherine University, teaching program design, implementation, and evaluation with a focus on equitable practices and cross-cultural communication. 

Across the globe, Imee has provided training and technical assistance to the Republic of Tanzania Ministry of Health, the World Food Program and non-profit organizations Save the Children and CARE.  She supported programs that addressed a multitude of public health issues including HIV/AIDS, maternal health, and food security.   Her career began in public service, working for Congresswoman Betty McCollum in both Washington D.C. and Saint Paul, where she supported environmental and educational issues and managed day-to-day operations. 

Beyond her professional endeavors, Imee has dedicated herself to board and community service, championing causes close to their heart such as public health, arts, and education. Recognized for her contributions with prestigious awards, including the Harvard Young American Leadership Program participant and the University of Minnesota Alumni Service Award, Imee continues to be driven by a passion for positive change and a commitment to social justice.
