Kelli Nelson is a social impact leader currently working as a freelance consultant for social impact organizations and appointed Entrepreneur in Residence at St. Thomas University’s Institute for Social Innovation. In her previous role as Executive Director, she accompanied individuals, communities, programs and organizations through transitions, ultimately supporting the organization through a successful acquisition. She holds a Masters degree in nonprofit management and cares deeply about organizational stewardship, its personal and social implications; and in doing the most good with the resources and information at hand. Kelli’s professional background has been primarily in the nonprofit social enterprise sector which has allowed her intimate experience at the intersection of social services and business development. She believes strongly in our shared power to help guide and shape the legacies of organizations and challenging systems at every level to create lasting positive change.
